About Us
- We bring 15+ years of experience in data modeling and pricing using cutting-edge data science.
- We have developed a proprietary model based on years of research of thousands of cars to calculate the fair market value and unbiased total diminished value of any damaged vehicle.
- Our goal is to answer this question: "What is the current fair market value for the damaged vehicle and what would a prospective buyer would pay for this vehicle after the repair?"
- We strongly believe in data and what is the value of a similar vehicle in the market. Our model relies on the real data to provide our clients the most fair market value of the vehicle. There are many nuances involved in the calculation of the total diminished value of any vehicle, which our model takes into account.

What is Diminished Value?
Diminished Value (DV) is the loss in market value that occurs when a vehicle is wrecked and repaired. A reasonable consumer will not pay the same price for a wrecked, then repaired vehicle, as they will for a vehicle with no accident history.
-
What is Total Loss?
The insurance company will look at the value of your car vs. the cost to repair it. If the cost to repair the car is about the same or more than the value of your car, the insurance company will likely consider it "totaled".
-
What states do we currently operate in?
We are currently operating in the state of Texas and our in-person appraisal service is currently only available for the city of Houston.
-
What service should I choose?
We are currently offering appraisal reports for total diminished value "only". Additionally, we are serving multiple businesses as part of our Business-to-Business (B2B) services. Please note that for the case of any total loss, you cannot file a diminished value claim anymore.
-
What pricing plan should I choose?
95% of our clients use our "Common Plan" where the report will be ready within 2-4 business days. However, we have seen some special cases while working with the law firms that we are serving in which the property damage claim is about to settle, and the diminished value report should be ready ASAP to be submitted before the settlement is done. If your case is similar to the aforementioned one, we recommend our "Accelerated Plan" where you will receive the complete diminished value report within 24 hours of submission. Last, if you own an exotic vehicle, our appraisal experts can provide you with a complete report of the "real" diminished value of your vehicle using our proprietary model while finding a comparable vehicle in the market could be impossible.
-
Does my vehicle get qualified for a diminished
value claim?
Generally, if your vehicle is less than 10 years old and has less than 100,000 miles, you can try filing for a diminished value claim. Additionally, it should be noted that you must own the vehicle (not lease it), you must not be at fault for the accident, and your vehicle should not be totaled after the accident. The diminished value claims for the vehicles with high number of accidents in their history have higher chance of rejection from the insurance company.
-
Should I hire attorney?
Generally, most of attorneys do not handle property damage (PD). However, there are select law firms that will assist you in getting the maximum value that you are owed for property damage. For more info, checkout the law firms that handle propergy damage in our Business-to-Business services.
